Beginner Class
Overview
The beginner class is appropriate for anyone that has never trained in Karate before. Your current fitness level will be pushed further than you are normally accustomed to, in order to help improve your overall strength and endurance, and prepare you for more advanced training. You will also learn basic stances, punches, kicks, and blocks as well as begin to build focus and discipline.
